3. Shipping Policy
- Shipping Fee: ₹150 per item
- Delivery Time: Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to be delivered

4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in cases of damaged or defective products.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Contact us via email or Instagram DM within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order
- Include clear photos of the damaged item with your message
- All exchanges are subject to approval after we review the damage
Note: We do not offer exchanges for the following reasons:
- Size or fit issues
- Change of mind
- Any reason other than a damaged product
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are available only if the product is received in a damaged condition and cannot be exchanged.
To request a refund:
- Follow the same process as above (contact within 24–48 hours and provide clear photos)
- If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days
